Vicky Gouge
In the late 1990’s Vicky went on to become the Marketing Coordinator for Henry S. Miller REALTORS. This is where she gained a significant amount of knowledge in real estate marketing. While coordinating and managing all the marketing for the Austin Division of the company, she also worked with the individual real estate agents to develop custom marketing materials for their business.
Vicky went on to become the Art Director for First American Title in Austin. She spearheaded the growth of the Marketing Communications department, completely revamped their local image, and continued to work closely with the real estate community to strategize and design custom marketing materials for real estate agents, lenders, commercial developments, appraisers, custom builders… anyone involved in real estate. While at First American Title, she quickly expanded the program to extend to all of the First American Divisions in the state of Texas and her team of professionals continued to design thousands of projects and campaigns.
In 2004, she along with her business partner, Katie Osborne, opened Full Moon Design Group, a full service graphic design company with a specialty in real estate design solutions. Over the years, she has seen a growing need for assistance from the real estate community regarding their marketing efforts, particularly where social media is concerned. This insight led her to begin collaborating with William Rutledge to develop this comprehensive website that provides many resources, how-to guides, an online help/advice forum, and access to expert vendors. The primary motivator was to help the real estate agent remove all the marketing clutter they receive everyday and have one cohesive website they could use as their marketing resource.
Vicky brings to Regarding Homes a fervor and drive for accomplishment and advancement. Her focus is to build long term relationships by offering innovative marketing solutions and top-notch client service.
William Rutledge
I was born for this.
I have molded all of the experiences and training in my life so that I can help people. I absolutely believe that if I help you create and manage a successful business then I have created success in my life.
I have a lot of experience and positive results in creating and managing small businesses, marketing, photography, video, social media, public relations, advertising, psychology, and interpersonal relationships. My business education focused primarily on crisis communications and branding.
I thrive on helping frustrated people that feel overwhelmed fix their business. I want you to look your family in the eye and be proud at the end of the workday. Every person has it in them to accomplish their goals… the majority of the time it is lack of education on the subject at hand or pure laziness that prevents a person from exceeding their goals. If you ever agree to let me help you, I promise to do my best to help educate you and crush the laziness out of you.
I like Real Estate in particular as I have multiple companies that help agents run their business and quite frankly, I think architecture is sexy. (I am a commercial architectural photographer as well.)
Before starting Floorplan Host, EasyBuild Tours, and Regarding Homes, I managed the visual imagery department at First American Title in Austin Texas. I helped a lot of people sell their homes and got to interact with good agents and watch them create successful businesses and become great. I have always appreciated my time there and the relationships I built along the way. I think the reason behind starting Regarding Homes is so that we can give back to all of the real estate agents and people in the industry that helped us along the way.
Regarding Homes is designed to help you build the foundation for your marketing efforts. We aren’t a cheese-ball marketing system, we aren’t going to sell you crap, and we aren’t going to waste your time.
